    This was a duplex in the Berkeley neighborhood just one block off the Tennyson Art District. Each side featured 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths an awesome open main floor with study, chef kitchen, eating area, t.v./gathering area, a walk in pantry and the most unique part was a true mudroom which is rarely found in the duplex layouts of this area. The master featured an enormous walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. The 3rd floor is a loft that services an ENORMOUS roof top deck to soak in the awesome mountain views. They go forever.

    This was a new home designed for the young family. It was done in what we call the Colorado contemporary style. It was 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with a great open floor plan and an unfinished basement. Views were great from the roof top deck and the kitchen dining room and family room made for an awesome circulation and community feeling.

In total it was a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home.
